After so many disappointments, I have finally found the diet plan that works for me. myflexdiet is a great app to lose weight with, it is so flexible in terms of the foods I can eat. Not only it lets me eat anything I want for one meal of the day, I can tell the app what kind of food I prefer for the other two meals. The app then comes up with meal plans from my favorite food categories. The best part is I can substitute or change the food the app suggests. And when I do that, the portion is automatically adjusted to stay under my target. I dont feel deprived at all going on diet with this app. I think that is what has helped me to stick with it. I am so happy with the results as I have lost 5 lbs in a month.
