Great fitness diet guide

I love the way that it tells me how many calories I need everyday to maintain my current weight. It also provides a list of meals from different places (including Harris Teeter!!) that I can buy to get the necessary calories I need. This is a very useful app. Thumbs up!

Good diet plan

I just went through a brutal diet to get my weight down to where I want it and was looking for something to help me maintain my weight for the long term. So I need something that is simple to use and easy to follow. This diet plan is great for my purpose. It only takes me a couple minutes to enter my special meal, usually dinner, then another few to substitute some items for breakfast and lunch, and I am done. It really does let me eat the food I like and helps me maintain my weight. UPDATE: Its been 2 months, I am maintaining my weight just fine, even lost a pound.

Best app for extreme weight loss

I set a goal to lose 10 lbs in a month and achieved more than that with Myflexdiet. I configured the categories heavy on fruits and vegetables, in fact, I have 3 vegetables and juice for lunch. I gave myself a treat for dinner setting up seafood and desert as the categories. The app plans the meals perfectly, suggesting foods from those categories, sometimes with interesting choices. Some I ventured out of my comfort zone to try while others I substituted with the old and familiar. I never knew there were so many different vegetables out there. I think by knowing that I am meeting my target from the diet side gave me extra motivation on the exercise side. I actually lost almost 12 lbs in just 1 month and I am ecstatic about the result.

Best diet app

This is a great app. I have been using it for a month and lost 3 lbs, exactly matching the target I set at the beginning. I feel great that I have achieved my weight loss goal. I am becoming confident that I can stick with this diet plan for the long term. Compared with the many other diet plans and apps I have tried, this diet does not require significant change in my lifestyle or the kinds of food I eat. I do not feel I am making a sacrifice in order to lose weight. This app is amazingly flexible in terms of what kind of food I can eat. Not only can I choose whatever I want to eat for one meal (to a degree, I have found that there IS a limit, 60% of the daily calories), I can substitute or change foods the system plans for the other two meals. The subsitute and change feature works great, when I select another food, the max serving size is automatically adjusted to stay under the calorie limit. I can decrease the serving size but cannot increase it. And when I decrease it to create room under the calorie limit, I can then increase the serving size of other items. When I first used the app, I was a little frustrated that the system seemed to always plan the Lunch menu with chicken, which was not my favorite, so I had to change it every time. I found out soon enough that the app came with a default set of categories for each meal but I could change them at any time. And again, it is very flexible, I can choose just one category for a meal or six. After I set the categories to what I perfer, the system plans the meals with foods from my favorite categories. This app is also very easy to use, especially with the full version, after I save the meal plans for the first couple of weeks, I usually just bring back one of my favorite meal plans, and perhaps substitute some items and I am done planning my meals for the day. This is the best diet I have been on and I have been on quite a few diets. It is a great feeling to meet the exact goal I have set for myself.

Great app for watching what you eat

Good tool if you want to lose or even gain some weight. The meal suggestion function is really neat too.

Easy nutritional tracking and goals

MyFlexDiet makes monitoring your dietary goals a snap. You can find just about any food completely detailed in their system and it is easy to add exotic items. I love how the progress bar across the top gives me a visual on my day. And, when I am good, not only can I have a treat but sometimes the app suggests it!

The app wants you to buy the upgrade for 3.99 and thats the only way you can do anything pretty much ..

Not so good

Cannot delete any suggested items under the different meal times - you delete and the app just closes. When you log back in everything is back to where you started no changes saved This is a useless app in my opinion Would rate zero stars if that was an option

The best diet plans

This app offers the best diet plans. It takes the guess work out of weight loss and the guilt out of eating that nice steak for dinner. I just love it that I can eat whatever I want for one meal everyday and just follow the app for the other two meals to lose weight.
